Water droplets form on the surface of young cheeses after they have been sprinkled with salt

or pasta, with fresh or dried fruit, on crackers, ...
- Keeps fresh for 4 weeks if stored below 5°C
- Typical size is 150-160
Sonja, please keep up the good work with your cheesemaking, your Matured Chèvre is the best cheese we've had on this trip , and would go so far as to say that its one of Australia's best goat cheeses!!!
What is sad is that we won't be able to eat your fantastic cheeses til we meet again! Til then keep cheeeezin!!!
